Updating Contact Information for Outage Reporting
Sierra Pacific's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system allows you to report outages verbally, hear updates on existing outages, and receive a return call verifying that power has been restored. However, for IVR to work we need your correct phone number in our records. Entering your correct information in the form on this page is the first step in preparing for an outage. Customers with multiple service addresses must submit information for each address.

When you do report an outage (using the number of your local Sierra Pacific business office) IVR asks for the phone number at the address where the outage is occurring and for other details. It sends the information to service personnel who analyze the problem and send workers to fix it, if necessary.
